Cancellation conditions

A full refund of the paid amount will be issued up to 30 days prior to check-in. Guests who booked less than 30 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 21 days prior to check-in. No refunds will be issued after this time. A processing fee of CHF 100.00 will be charged in all cases.
